Ms. Evans law practice specializes in the area of estate planning and estate administration. She provides all aspects of trust management to individuals and owners of closely-held or family businesses.
Ms. Evans probate experience involves all aspects of estate administration including both court-supervised and independent estate administration, preparation of United States and Illinois estate tax returns, valuation of securities and partnership interests and representation of taxpayers in connection with estate tax audits.
