Mr. Feldman has practiced in a wide range of general commercial litigation.
He has experience in securities law, RICO litigation, consumer fraud litigation, partnership and corporate disputes, legal malpractice defense, professional responsibility matters, health law, employment discrimination, construction law, environmental law and contractual disputes. Mr. Feldman also has represented clients in defamation, civil rights and constitutional law cases. He has an extensive background in alternate dispute resolution, including arbitration
and mediation.

  • Represented medical record copying service in class action alleging consumer fraud regarding charges.
  • Represented attorneys in federal court proceedings in which the attorneys were accused of several ethical violations and in which sanctions were sought.
  • Represented developer in multifaceted proceedings in federal court, bankruptcy court and state court regarding corporate governance, constitutional and code compliance issues.
  • Represented a municipality in a complex land use and zoning case.
  • Represented the State of Illinois in three related suits against the City of Chicago to keep Meigs Field open.
  • Represented a multinational turbine manufacturer in a suit for property damage resulting from a turbine explosion.
  • Represented a national financial services company and six other financial institutions in a federal claim of securities fraud against a large investment bank.
  • Represented a real estate developer in a securities fraud action in federal court brought by limited partners.
  • Represented a real estate developer serving as receiver for the public housing authority in a desegregation case. Representation involves litigation and transactions concerning the redevelopment of public housing in Chicago.
  • Represented a bank in a RICO action against an employee who embezzled large sums from the bank.
  • Represented a software company in employment matters, including protection of trade secrets.
