Mr. Friedmans practice encompasses a wide range of litigation. His experience includes cases involving corporate law, financing, mortgages, leases, environmental law, banking, insurance, antitrust, securities law, contractual disputes, construction, attorney discipline, privacy and administrative law. In addition, he represents corporations and individuals in connection with ongoing corporate issues and estate planning.

Selected Engagements
- Represented a corporate client in the real estate business in the defense of a multi-year antitrust class action in federal court.
- Defended law firms against allegations of litigation, transactional and estate planning legal malpractice. These matters involve litigation in both state and federal courts.
- Represented a corporate client in the advertising industry in the defense of a breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty claim alleging substantial damages in federal court.
- Represented a corporate manufacturing client in the heavy equipment/transportation industry in a claim arising out of a contract to build rapid transit cars.
- Represented a number of attorneys and law firms against complaints filed with and by the Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission.
