Ms. Pryor has experience representing clients in federal and state court. Her cases have included breach of contract, breach of warranty, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, non-competition, dissolution of marriage, and appellate work.

Ms. Pryor’s present practice includes all aspects of civil litigation, including commercial disputes, legal malpractice defense, and family law.

  • Practiced as an associate with the law firms of Mayer Brown, LLP and Novack and Macey LLP.

  • Defended manufacturer in trial involving breach of warranty and indemnification claims.
  • Represented large law firms in defense of legal malpractice actions at the trial and appellate level.
  • Represented high-net worth divorce clients in cases involving, among other things, trust issues, valuations of closely held businesses, and tracing of funds to establish that various assets are non-marital property.
  • Represented large lender in litigation against borrower in federal court.
