Ms. Pryor has experience representing clients in federal and state court. Her cases have included breach of contract, breach of warranty, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, non-competition, dissolution of marriage, and appellate work.
Ms. Pryors present practice includes all aspects of civil litigation, including commercial disputes, legal malpractice defense, and family law.

- Served as law clerk to the Hon. Marvin J. Garbis, Senior Judge for the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, 2004.
- Practiced as an associate with the law firms of Mayer Brown, LLP and Novack and Macey LLP.
- Practiced as an associate with this firm since 2010.
Selected Engagements
- Defended manufacturer in trial involving breach of warranty and indemnification claims.
- Represented large law firms in defense of legal malpractice actions at the trial and appellate level.
- Represented high-net worth divorce clients in cases involving, among other things, trust issues, valuations of closely held businesses, and tracing of funds to establish that various assets are non-marital property.
- Represented large lender in litigation against borrower in federal court.
